Scott Cole

Biography

From OVER THE LIMIT skydiving fitness camps in Switzerland to the serene mountain hot springs of Japan, to the healing tropics of Maui, to the Zuni Indian reservation of New Mexico, SCOTT COLE continues to "expand the horizons of fitness" with his award-winning choreography
and his powerful mind-body techniques.

As a fitness professional, presenter and speaker, Scott has entertained and educated audiences in more than twenty countries on six continents. Scott is an ACE and AFAA certified fitness instructor and continuing education provider. In its "Professional Edge," American Fitness showcased Scott as an industry "notable." Scott has also been cited as one of the top five fitness instructors in the world by IDEA: The Association for Fitness Professionals. Shape Up Germany named him as a top ten presenter for 1994.

With more than a dozen highly acclaimed fitness videos to his credit, Scott is well known worldwide for his star role in Abs of Steel. In addition, Power Productions distributes his instructor video and audio products.

He has compiled and collaborated on numerous music projects including The Wild Mix, Studio Jam, Classic Cardio, and Step Factory, and his signature motivational audiocassette Uncharted Territory. He has also directed and designed his own men's clothing line, Mezeppa.

As both a writer and fitness celebrity, Scott has been profiled in and has written for publications such as Men's Fitness, USA Today, Shape, Shape Mexico, California Active, GQ, Inside Karate, American Fitness, Idea Today, Boa Forma (Brazil), Fitness Journal (Japan), Body In Shape (Switzerland), Plein Forme (France), Aerobic Fitness (Germany), and others.

A former National Aerobics Champion, Scott further champions self-empowerment by sharing his talents, time and energy to children's service organizations and various charities. He is especially proud of his work as a fitness spokesperson for "Free Arts for Abused Children" and "City of Hope."

Scott was a featured NIKE Fitness Athlete in 1995, and holds a B.B.A. in International Business from the University of Texas at Austin. He is a former professional model and has extensive commercial and theatrical experience. He is a member of SAG and resides in Los Angeles.
