Nationally known instructor, Faith is a true fitness leader: inspiring yet accessible. She identifies with many types, from fitness novices to dancers to athletes. She is truly successful at helping others achieve strength and freedom through movement. After beginning her career as a dancer with the American Dance Asylum, which was co-founded by Bill T. Jones, Faith discovered her own passion for strength and freedom through movement. That passion and talent eventually transferred to the fitness industry when she began as a part-time instructor and quickly grew into health club management. Faith now devotes her knowledge and infectious energy to others by traveling throughout the US inspiring and training instructors and fitness consumers alike through her media work and much sought-after master classes. After teaching in
competitive New York City for only one year, Faith has quickly risen to
be counted among the top professionals in the fitness industry. She can
be seen as a co-host on ESPN2's Crunch Fitness and as the star/choreographer
of Super Arms and Abs - a nationally distributed consumer exercise video
released in January 1997. Faith can also be seen in the nationally successful
video Washboard Abs and has done fitness projects for Shape, Cosmopolitan,
Allure, Self, Metrosports, GQ She has made extensive personal appearances across the country, including touring as a featured celebrity instructor for Music & Movements '94 and '95, traveling to over 50 cities conducting workshops for thousands of fitness instructors and personal trainers. Her professionalism
and magnetic style as an ACE-certified instructor has made her much in
demand for private training as well as for unique events, such as benefits
for City of Hope (for AIDS and cancer-related research), The American
