Anastasia is a model who has worked for Prada and Alberta Feretti.

She's a certified and registered yoga teacher
and a certified holistic health counselor,
fully registered with the
American Association for Drugless Practitioners.

Passionate about tennis, Anastasia wrote, produced and
starred in two DVDs:
Yoga for Great Tennis
and
Yoga for Tennis Elbow and Bad Knees

Anastasia designs and owns Blissful Wear, fashionable yoga clothing
line, available on steadybliss.com. While not busy teaching yoga,
instructing workshops on healthy living or coaching individuals about
nutrition, health and achieving their fullest potential, Anastasia is a also
a published freelance health writer and a part-time student.

She is pursuing a Masters degree in Natural Health
