Biography
Dale Duncan has consistently
dazzled his audiences with his highly
energetic style and his superb teaching ability. Prior to becoming the
US National Aerobic Champion, Dale taught music in the public
schools. He uses his education background to his advantage making
him highly regarded as a master teacher who uses innovative
choreography with easy-to-follow instruction as he caters to all learning
levels in his classes. Dale's exciting and unique presentation style was
developed during his extensive performing experiences which include
singer/dancer positions at Opryland, USA in Nashville, Busch Gardens
in Williamsburg, VA, American Hawaii Cruises in Honolulu as well as
performances as a dancer with Dionne Warwick. Dale has a total of
nine competitive aerobics medals to his credits including bronze,
silver and gold National Medals. In 1992, he and his mixed-pair
partner won a Silver Medal at the National Aerobic Championship and
were asked to show their winning routine on the White House Lawn for
the kickoff celebration of the President's Council on Physical Fitness
and Sports along with many other celebrities including Arnold
Schwarznegger and Mary Lou Retton. Dale has presented classes
with the United States National Aerobic Champions in the 1993 IDEA
Convention in New Orleans and the 1994 IDEA Convention in Las
Vegas. Dale has traveled and performed all over the country teaching
workshops and master classes. Dale is certified by AFAA, Exersafety
Association and the ACE foundation and has appeared in Muscle &
Fitness and IDEA Today magazines.
