This half Greek, half Italian beauty has been a gymnast since age 4.
She began cheerleading at 13, and eventually cheered for the
UCONN Women's Basketball Team and the NCA (Nat'l Cheerleaders Assoc.).
Tara served as an NCA instructor for the East Coast Region for 2 years.

Tailoring her training to full body circuit workouts, Tara is Cross Fit Certified.
